Rates
OVERNIGHT STAYS
Weekends May – July: Minimum charge $400 per night (2 night minimum) – Can include up to 10 people, $40 per person thereafter, up to 15. Deposit of $200 is required at time of reservation. Please include Iowa Sales Tax at 7%.
Weekends August – October: Minimum charge $350 per night (2 night minimum) – Can include up to 10 people, $35 per person thereafter, up to 15. Deposit of $175 is required at time of reservation. Please include Iowa Sales Tax at 7%.
Weekends November – December: Minimum charge $250 per night (2 night minimum) – Can include up to 10 people, $25 per person thereafter, up to 15. Deposit of $125 is required at time of reservation. Please include Iowa Sales Tax at 7%.
Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday): Minimum charge $200 per night. This can include up to 10 people, $20 per person thereafter up to 15. Deposit of $100 is required, at time of reservation. Please include Iowa Sales Tax at 7%
DAY RATES
Weekday $100.00/day (Monday thru Thursday) plus Iowa Sales Tax at 7% Weekend Day Rate $250.00/day (Friday thru Sunday) plus Iowa Sales Tax at 7%
PAYMENT Balance must be paid 30 days prior to the retreat. If not paid 30 days prior to the retreat, your reservation will be removed from the calendar and the deposit will be forfeited. Payments in full can be applied to a future reservation but cannot be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made prior to 60 days are eligible for a full refund. If cancelled less than 60 days, your deposit will be forfeited unless a replacement group can be found, in which case it will be applied to a future retreat date.
Please be aware that we often times have groups wanting the same stay dates. Your desired dates will be confirmed when deposit or full payment is received.
